Newport Peach Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned member (“Member”) and Newport Peach, LLC (“Newport Peach”) and outlines the terms and conditions of the Member’s Unlimited Class Membership.

1. Membership Benefits
By enrolling in an Unlimited Membership, Member is entitled to the following benefits:

  • Unlimited access to regularly scheduled group fitness classes at Newport Peach.

  • Priority placement on waitlists for full classes.

2. Fees and Cancellation Policy

  • A $20 late cancel/no-show fee will be applied to any class not canceled at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be shared.

  • Members may request a medical hold with appropriate documentation; approval is at the discretion of Newport Peach.

  • A one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee of $99 will be charged at sign-up. This fee helps cover administrative costs and provides access to exclusive member perks and priority booking.

  • If Member cancels their membership before the completion of their initial agreement term, a $150 early cancellation fee will be applied. This fee is not pro-rated based on the time remaining in the agreement.

3. Annual Membership Perks
Effective April 23, 2025, Members who commit to a 12-month term will receive the following perks, valid for 12 months from the date of sign-up or until membership renewal:

  • One complimentary Newport Peach retail item (choice of socks, shaker cup, tumbler, or tank; subject to availability).

  • Three (3) guest passes.

  • Three (3) late cancellation fee waivers.

  • One (1) nutrition/wellness consultation.

  • 10% discount on Newport Peach branded retail items purchased through the Newport Peach app.

All perks expire 12 months after membership activation or upon termination of the membership.

4. Term, Renewal, and Termination

  • Memberships auto-renew at the end of each term.

  • Following the initial agreement period (e.g., 12-month term), the membership transitions to a month-to-month billing cycle.

  • Member must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days in advance (or one full billing cycle) by emailing nicole@newportpeach.com.

5. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By signing below, Member acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement and understands the responsibilities and fees associated with their membership.
