Not your typical barre class, this is a full-body workout that combines the strength of barre with dynamic bodyweight exercises for a challenging and empowering experience along with the best playlists.
Peach Strength
A full body strength-training workout using kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands to improve your metabolism, bone density, and overall muscular health.
Peach ‘n Abs
A sneaky killer mat routine targeting your arms, abs, and ass that leaves you feeling sculpted, sweaty, and strong.
Mom+Baby at the Barre
A baby-wearing barre class designed for new mamas and mamas-to-be! Bond with your little one (under 12 months/non-walking) while enjoying a safe and effective workout.
