Studio Policies

All classes must be registered and paid for in advance, no front desk, cash payments, walk-ins.

No refunds or exchanges.

Expiration dates apply to class packages, please note them on sale/discounted packages.

AutoPay/monthly memberships cannot be paused, unless for medical necessity.

$20 No show/late cancel fee (12 hours) for all classes, packages, and memberships

We often use essential oils and palo santo at the end of class during cool-down. Please let your instructor know before the start of class if either of these is a health concern for you! We also use cleaning products that may include essential oils.

BYOM - Bring your own mat for Peach Yoga and BUTI Yoga!

Water is available for purchase at the studio.

Socks are not required, most Peaches choose to work out in bare feet. Shoes are optional unless noted.

Wear shoes for Xtreme Hip Hop Step, Twerkshop, Zumba, Peach Camp + Dance Cardio!

No late entry to class, please be on time, and arrive 5-10 minutes early.

Be present, please avoid using your cell phone during class. If you need to respond to a call or text, please step out momentarily.

Classes are 50 minutes long (excluding some events).

Please do not take class if you have any active sickness symptoms like coughing, sneezing, fever, stomach sickness, etc.


Additional Safety Notices:

BABY CLASS: Remember, our studio is not baby-proof. Baby must be in carrier for the duration of class except when changing/feeding and cannot be crawling or walking around the studio. This class is recommended for babies age 6 weeks (or when you have clearance from your doctor to resume workouts) to about the time baby wants to start walking/standing and can no longer stay in the carrier for 45+ minutes.

Client training services provided in this facility may be provided either by employees of the studio or by independent contractors operating their own business who are retained by the studio.

Regardless, all payments for personal training services are to be made to the studio, who will pay the trainers as the services are provided.

It is client’s responsibility to wipe down all equipment after each use and re-rack the equipment they use.

The client is required to use the safety features of the equipment. If you are unsure of how to use any equipment, you should obtain instructions from the staff or personal trainers.

Horseplay, vulgar language, abuse of the equipment, working out while intoxicated, or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or cancellation of the MEMBER’s membership, and the balance of the contract being declared due and payable in full immediately.
